My biggest issue when decorating these was to achieve somewhat balanced spacing between the arms, I know it may seem easy but actually it was a little challenging for me. I'm always learning new techniques. My initial goal was to create a cross that would look like a pendant, I have to say I'm pretty happy how they turned out. I tried to keep them simple and meaningful, after all they are for a very special occasion.
I decided to add a Shamrock to my design to emphasized on the Irish tradition, Shamrock is a symbol of Ireland. I also added a monogram of the baby's name to balance two designs.

May the road rise to meet you,
may the wind be always at your back,
may the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rains fall soft upon your fields and,
until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
