I'm hooked on vegetables and I love broccoli. This year we built a new garden, and first time we  planted broccoli, not really knowing what to expect. It is flourishing and I'm enjoying broccoli raw, steamed or today I made this delicious Broccoli Cheese Pasta Casserole. It is so yummy.

I also didn't know that broccoli heads are flowers. What  tasty flowers!

-prepare cheese mixture: using a whisk mix together sour cream and heavy cream, add eggs using fork or whisk break the eggs and whisk until combined, add grated cheese and fold in. Season with salt and pepper, if desired use your favorite herbs. /if using ham, this would be the time you would add ham chopped into small pieces/
