Hostess Twinkies Santa Hat Bites

To make Twinkie Raspberry Cream Santa Hat Bites you need:

Chocolate Creme Twinkies 
(measurements are for 3 Twinkies, makes 12 Santa Hats Bites)
1  cup whipping cream/heavy cream
3 tbl powdered sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp gelatin
1 tbl cold water
