Marlyn from Montreal Confections had a wonderful idea to create a video collaboration project and invited me to be part of it, thanks for inviting me to come along Marlyn.
As you have probably guessed already we are focusing on a Princess Party and we have prepared 6 video tutorials for you, all of them can be viewed on you tube. We divided these 6 tutorials into 2 segments. Today you can view the first segment consisting of 3 videos and next week there will be the second segment showing off another 3 videos.
For this week I made Unicorn Poop Cupcakes and yes I said “poop” in my video more than twice.
Mix cream cheese until smooth, add butter and mix until smooth, add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined, increase the speed and beat for 2 minutes until smooth, add vanilla extract and vanilla bean, add milk or heavy cream and beat until smooth, tint with food coloring and decorate your cupcakes. If frosting gets too soft, chill it for 15 minutes, if you leave it longer it may get too hard to pipe.
