New Year’s Eve Ball Drop Cupcakes, Cookie Pop Tutorial

I bought couple of new Calendars and daily/monthly planners yesterday. I tossed the old one.
2014 is coming and I look forward to it.
To celebrate  I made Ball Drop Cupcakes. Easy, pretty, and delicious.

To make the cupcakes and cookie pops you need:

Round Cookie Cutter (about 1 inch across)
Lollipop sticks
Sugar Cookies or Honey Cookies
Royal Icing Recipe
20 Second Consistency Icing : light gray
How To Thin Royal Icing
Silver Sanding Sugar
Gray Silver Sparkling Sugar by Wilton(large crystals)
Silver Dragees
Tweezers
Professional Needle Tool or toothpick
Baked Cupcakes – Vanilla Cupcakes
Frosting – Swiss Buttercream or Cream Cheese Frosting
