Meet Christmas Gnome : Holly Leaf Hat
It’s been 2 year since I made my Santa Gnome Cookies. Seems like a long time. I know.
I hope it doesn’t surprise you but even after 2 years I still very much adore my Santa Cookies and today I bring you his brother a Holly Leaf Hat, my new Christmas Gnome.
To make these cookies you will need:
Baked cookies – roll out cookie recipe collection
Gel Food colorings, black, red, green(forest, leaf ) will work, brown
Black Food Grade Coloring Pen(Karen’s Cookies)
Petal dust (pink, tangerine, rose, peach) will work fine
Small Painter’s brush
- Flood the cookies.
- Let dry.
- Then pipe the beard. Sprinkle sanding sugar on top of the wet beard.
- Pipe holly leaves on the gray hat.
- Let dry.
- Add facial features : using small brush apply petal dust gently to add some color to the cheeks. Using black food pen make eyes.
- Let dry completely.
