Silver and White Engagement Desserts
Few days ago I mentioned I was doing a silver and white dessert table for an Engagement Party.
For a newly engaged couple Kim & Paul.
I will be sharing photos from the making of the cake and cookies(stay tuned) but for now I just wanted to show you how it all came together.
Kim loves hearts and so therefore I wanted to incorporated the ♥ symbol into the cake design, as you know ♥ is my favorite shape as well, I was thrilled having to design a cake around it.
Cake was chocolate chip, covered in white marshmallow fondant, and all the decorations were hand painted with silver luster dust. More on that in my next post.:-)
Here is the cake, I named it : “I Heart You”

Vanilla Pound Cake –Double Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
I’m a cookie gal, so I just couldn’t pass on the cookies. Here they are; Chocolate Cookies, there are several decorating techniques involved in the making of a this cookie. Painting and Stenciling along with piping.I used my own stencil for the plaque and I’m so very happy about these, I love the look, I think it is safe to say that so far these are one of my favorites from this year.

This cake is beautiful. I love the colors. You are amazingly talented in all areas. Incredible. So inspiring! I am sure the couple was beyond ecstatic received a cake and cookies and cupcakes that looked like that.
