Kawaii Decorated Donut Cookies

I made donut cookies, with a twist, making them into a baby shower reveal cookies. How fun is that!

To Make Kawaii Donut Cookie you need:

Round Shape Cookie Cutters
Round Shape Cookie Cutters Fluted Edge
Sugar Cookie Recipe
Royal Icing
15 second Icing – tan, pin, black, (blue- optional, if using these as reveal cookie for a baby shower, she how in the video)
20- black, white
Food Colorings
Stainless Steel Needle Tool
Rainbow Sprinkles
Edible Petal Dust
