Houndstooth Christmas Ornaments

Ever since Callye from The Sweet Adventures of Sugarbelle posted tutorial on how to make cookies with houndstooth pattern , interestingly  it can also be called puppytooth, I wanted to jump in and try them myself.
Last week while enjoying my visit to my new favorite shop in the area I bought cute little cookie cutters, I think they are suppose to be Christmas lights. They remind me of silver tree ornaments we had home when I was growing up. 

Well anyhow I wish made the squares smaller while working on this pattern. It is a rather small cookie to fit this on but I’m pretty happy how they turned out anyway.
