Movie Frozen Cake with Cookie Decorations

Sunday, June 22, 2014

Last month I was asked to make a Frozen Movie inspired cake for our neighbor's  granddaughter. I've made her birthday cakes for several years and I feel it has become sort of a tradition. This year Audrey is into Frozen Movie and so what else to make?  Frozen Cake it is.
I like to use decorated cookies as cake decorations and this was the perfect opportunity for me to make some Frozen Cookies.
I wanted to simplify Anna cookie and I optioned for less detailed face design. It saved literally saved me a headache. I don't own a kopykake and it can be quite challenging to copy all the details precisely. I hope you like my simplified version of Anna from Frozen.

Below you can find 3 full tutorial on how to make Anna Cookie, Tree and Round Snowflake Cookie along with a Cake Assembly video tutorial. Enjoy.
