The best part about  creating 3D cookie designs is when you start putting the pieces together. Royal icing is the sweetest glue of all. When it all comes together and you finally see it standing.
Princess Cookie Rings with a surprise inside are sure to please any princess. Bonus is that they are really easy to make.
When I look back at my first Cookie Ring Collection(see the picture below) I can’t believe how I overcomplicated the process of making these.

These cookies are pretty small, chose small candy pieces to fill them.

Mini Round Cookie Cutter – I uses a cutter from Ateco Geometric Cookie Cutter Set
Sugar  Cookie Recipe or you can use this yummy Chocolate Cookie Recipe
