You know how much I love 3D cookies right?! They are so fun to make and it just wouldn’t be the same without having a 3D cookie in this project as well.
I took simple Carrot Cookies and put wheels on them. You can leave it at that but if you’d like to kick it up a notch use a little piece of a cookie to glue them together. There you have race car. Now every race car needs a driver. No one else came to my mind than Mr. Bunny. He is perfect for the job! I added a mini bunny cookie and there the Easter Carrot Car is ready to challenge you in the race..that is if you can catch it first….

Mini Bunny Cutter
Edible Markers by Americolors
Edible Markers by FooDoodler – fine tip ( alternatively use this to make the checkerboard pattern )
Americolor Airbrush Color – Black
Sugar Cookies
Royal Icing Recipe
15 Second Icing: orange, black, white, green, pink
Piping Consistency Icing :orange
20 Second Icing : yellow
How To Thin Royal Icing
Professional Needle Tool or toothpick
