It is a COOKIE CHALLENGE time over at Lila Loa. Once a month Georganne runs a cookie challenge, and though I missed on all the previous challenges, this month I decided not to let it slip through my fingers again. I printed the inspiration board and then I baked cookies. Georganne created an inspiration board for…
I love the smell of fresh coffee but unfortunately I can’t drink it much, though my taste buds enjoy it, my stomach not so much. I suspect my tea drinker’s fate was set on the night of busy studying at University when I drank lots of strong black coffee to stay awake…though I did well…
Last night I ordered some new stencils from The Closet Stencil etsy shop to play with. I love stencils, and since my new airbrush is coming today I need more cookie toys to test it out! And while picking out my stencils I noticed they had herrinbone stencil(I ordered it) which reminded me of this cookie I made last year, using piped herrinbone pattern. Simple and effective,…
Hi folks, I pretty sure I have mentioned it once or twice, maybe even more than that – I love gingerbread houses and centerpieces. Few years ago I started a tradition of making a Halloween House. This year I picked, I suppose an unusual inspiration from a popular TV series The Addams Family….

Hi June,
I made is lasagna few years ago. It was so good. I personally like it better on the second day. I love mushrooms too.
have a great day!
This looks delicious! I have some pasta shells and artichoke in the fridge and was googling for recipes and yours is a winner 🙂 Your blog is really cute too – might stay and look around!
Your site is belissima! The recipes are mouth watering and your photos fantastico. I have gone mushroom picking with my mother and her sisters when I was a little girl, but unfortunately I was never taught how to differentiate the good from the bad, but I do remember how delicious they were especially the smaller red ones. The sisters would cook them with hot chili peppers…thanks for the great post. I am following now!
Mushroom picking sounds like a lot of fun! Unfortunately, from where I live, I can only buy them at the grocery stores. =)
This looks so good. Maybe I better take a cookie break and cook more often!
