I wish I knew how to make bread like this. Many devote years to mastering the art of bread making. I'm so lucky to have a friend Artisan Bread Maker - she brought me Ciabatta she made.
It was in the freezer for few weeks and this week it started to talk to me...
I opened the freezer and there it was, smiling at me. How could I say no? I couldn't, bread was simply irresistible. When I think of the bread I think of the thick crust and interior that is most with lots holes inside.
I finished the Ciabatta in the oven and the rest is the history...It had a true bread texture.Loved it!
