If you are looking  for a crowd pleasing  sweet dip that kids as well as adults will love try peanut butter dip, I made it for a friend's baby shower and everyone was raving about it. It is quite easy and I'm positive you have most of the ingredients on hand any time of the year.

Delicious Peanut Butter Dip
1/2cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar

Beat cream cheese until smooth, add peanut butter and beat until fluffy and smooth, add brown sugar and beat for 5 minutes until smooth.
Scrape into a bowl, store in the fridge until ready to use.

How to Prepare Apples

3 large apples
Juice of one lemon
4cups/1liter of water
Paper Towel

In a medium size bowl combine water and lemon juice, set aside.
Wash apples. You can peel them if you'd like but you don't have to. Core the apples and slice them, immediately put all the slices into the lemon water, this will prevent apples from getting brown.
I stored the apples in the airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
Once ready to use, line a tray or a plate with a paper towel,  remove apples from the lemon water and place them onto the paper towel lined plate. Place another piece of paper towel on the top and, pat dry the apples.
Arrange apples on the plate and serve with the peanut butter dip.
