Do you like s'mores? If so you are in the right place as today I'm going to share with you chocolaty,crunchy, melt in your mouth Rocky Road Bars. Yum. The best part? They are so easy to make your kids can help and there is  no baking involved and  to top that I'm sure you have all the ingredients in your pantry right now, so let's get started.

Rocky Road Bars

Chocolate Syrup
1(226grams)  cup butter
4 ounces(113grams) bittersweet chocolate chips
3 tbl sugar
3tbl corn syrup
2tbl quality cocoa powder

 Fillings
9ounces(255grams) graham crackers
2 ounces(60grams) mini marshmallows + more for the topping
3 ounces(85grams) mixed milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips
1/3cup  quick oats

Line a 8inch square pan with parchment paper, lining the sides as well for easy removal of the bars.

Chocolate Syrup
In  a medium size sauce pan - melt butter, bittersweet chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, corn syrup, stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Fillings
Place the graham crackers in a large plastic bag, using a rolling pin smash the crackers into a chunks.
Stir the smashed graham crackers into the chocolate syrup, following with quick oats, marshmallows and mix of white and milk chocolate. Stir gently until combined.
Spoon the mixture into a prepared 8 inch square pan, gently spread the mixture evenly in the pan, press gently but don't press down too much, you want the bars to have "rocky road" appearance.Give the pan a gentle tap. Sprinkle few mini marshmallows on the top. Chill for 2 hours. Cut into squares or rectangles. If desired dust the bars with powdered sugar before serving.
Tip: Serve them Chilled

    1tbl açúcar é uma medida de uma colher da tabela, neste caso cerca de 15grams de açúcar
    1tbl xarope de milho, xarope de milho é a forma de glicose. Sei que pode ser difícil de encontrar em outras partes do mundo. Você também pode tentar usar mel em vez de xarope de milho. Obrigado pela visita.

    1tbl sugar is a measure, in this case approximately 15grams of sugar,
    1tbl corn syrup, corn syrup is a form of glucose. I know it may be hard to find in other parts of the world. You could also try using honey instead of corn syrup. Thank you for stopping by
