Oh man, I NEVER make recipes with dulce de leche. I intend to. And I make the dulce de leche. And then…then I just eat it. It never makes it to the recipe. But I may try this time for real. Especially since now I'm dying to try that caramel frosting recipe! Caramel with mascarpone cheese — that's brilliant.
