Crafty Chick Apron
while some of us may be a little daft
you have honed a new craft
aprons so cute with more than enough pockets
filled with tools and perhaps even rockets

For the longest time I wanted make myself an apron, I bought the fabric months and months ago, and finally I DID IT. I'm so pleased how it turned out. Originally I wanted to make full length apron but because the fabric I bought was pretty thin I had to improvise and I sewed it together in  two layers, all the apron parts and I like it very much. It fits well, can hold lots of my tools. Now I'm thinking about the next one.
Let me know what you think.

I bought the fabric at Joann  Fabric and Craft Store, they really have a head spinning selection. Next time I'm going for red color I think...we'll see.

  4. I know you can bake and decorate very well but i didn't know you can sew so well too!!! I'm impressed with your talent! What else are you hiding up your sleeves and not showing us yet! LOL!

Your apron is so pretty! I've been looking around for one too with pockets that can put my tools..but the problem with most apron is that it's quite big on me or it has no pockets! But don't ask me to sew cos sewing machine and me, we both can't get along!

  5. Thank you Ladies. It's been a while since I used a sewing machine so it actually took me a while to figure everything out again, but it worked out pretty well at the end.I think the rule of "bicycle" applies, once you learn it you'll never forget how.I hope to make the next one soon. It was really fun to do.
    Have a wonderful week.
